How long does it take to process my order?

Once your order is confirmed, we require 2-3 business days to process and prepare it for shipping. In rare cases, due to unforeseen circumstances, processing may take up to 4-5 business days.

How long does it take to deliver my order?

Once your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is 7-10 days, depending on your location and pincode. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once the order is dispatched.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders, regardless of the order amount.

How can I track my order?

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

You can request an address change only before the order is shipped. Once shipped, modifications are not possible, and reshipping will incur additional charges.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept return requests only if:

  • The product is damaged, misprinted, or does not match the order received.
  • The return request is raised within 10 days of delivery.

Returns are not accepted after 10 days.

How do I request a return?

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. However, you can return the item for store credit and place a new order.
